Bistro Turkey Sliders- Healthy Eating

Prep. and Cook: 30 minutes (Makes 12)

INGREDIENTS:
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 frozen seasoned turkey burgers
3 tablespoons prepared onion relish; divided
3 slices Muenster cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard, divided
12 Bakery dinner rolls (sliced for buns)

1. Preheat: large saute` pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Place oil in pan, then add burgers; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until 165 degrees F. Combine cranberries and onion relish.

2. Top: each burger with apple slices, 2 tablespoons onion mixture, and cheese; cook 1 minute to melt cheese. Remove burgers from pan; cut into 4 pieces.

3. Spread: mustard on inside of buns; add burgers. Serve.
